Return Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, and undamaged, in their original packaging.
- You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

- We will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to return your item.
- Items returned without initiating a return request first will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part, or if the item is defective or incorrect.
- Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a voucher code for your next purchase.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges

Cancellation Policy
